Adare SEC and Paragon Redruth have both invested in three ComColor GD 9630s
Two leading names in the UK production print world have added to their fleets of Riso cutsheet inkjet printers.
Adare SEC, Yorkshire-based provider of secure and essential communication solutions, uses three RISO ComColor 9150s and has now taken delivery of three of the latest ComColor GD 9630s.
Similarly, Cornwall-based Paragon (Redruth), formerly Imprimus, a supplier of outsourced communications print solutions, has also added three ComColor GD 9630s, while it also utilises a ComColor 9150.
Steve Davis, head of production at Adare said, ‘The Riso production printers produce full colour print communication at speed. Whilst not as fast as continuous feed systems, they are much easier to set up, making them more effective than continuous feed systems for our short run work. Having established that the printers could be used to supplement output from continuous feed systems, it was an easy purchase decision.’
Head of operations at Paragon Redruth, Steve Rowson, commented, ‘We are delighted with the new installation of the Com Colour GD 9630s. This new technology has allowed us to improve our internal production efficiencies, enhance colour output and final image quality for our customers.’
Dinis Cachao, who heads up RISO UK’s production print team, added, ‘Both Adare and Paragon Redruth are leading the way in what they do, and therefore need equipment that is reliable, cost-efficient, and capable of producing large volumes at high speed. Both have already been able to witness the many benefits of our printers, and the addition of the ComColor GDs is a natural progression, given that the GDs offer yet further improvements in speed and quality of output.’
