Industrial Inkjet (IIJ) has appointed Paddy O’Hara as its new director of business development.
Mr O’Hara, who has been with the company since 2007 in a variety of senior technical roles – most recently as director of technology – will now work to develop new and existing markets for the current Konica Minolta printhead range and lay the foundations for successful roll-out of the new models coming from KM’s printhead development programme.
He will also develop opportunities for IIJ’s inkjet modules, the ColourPrint and MonoPrint ranges, in their core market segments, whilst taking on the responsibility of managing IIJ’s product portfolio and the marketing activities around it.
‘As IIJ continues to grow, we are constantly looking at where the next opportunities will be for inkjet technology,’ explained managing director John Corrall. ‘Paddy is well known in the industry and with his strong technical background he can ensure that ourselves and our partner Konica Minolta are fully prepared with the right solutions at the right time.’
